Me, the Verticalist
Hi, my name is Steffen, the man behind the camera. I live in Stuttgart, Germany, and I love to go outdoors, travelling around by train or by bysicle, being in nature or visit cities and small villages. Taking photographes is the way I assimilate my impressions, and the vertical image format is my language.
My Vision
My aim is to create images from new angles, unknown perspectives.
Photos that open the visitors' eyes even for common
motives like magnificent flowers or historic buildings.
My deep wish for every single image is that you say: Yes, this motive can only be taken in this format.
My Art
For over a decade now I photograph vertical images. I now have countless pictures, some of the best of which I am showing here. All of them are available as prints from 20x50 cm (8x20") to 40x100 cm (16x40") both framed and unframed.
